The prices in the listings are stated in euros per unit of goods. Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the purchase conditions on our website.

Where and when can you pick up the goods?

Working hours of the outlet: Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 18:00; Sat: 10:00-16:00 (in season); Sun - closed.

Once the goods arrive, our manager will contact you. You can find out the information regarding the warehouse by contacting any contact number listed on the website.

Please also note that when ordering out-of-season goods (e.g., summer tires during the winter season and vice versa), delivery may take slightly longer due to restricted access to certain items in stock.

Can you receive goods in other cities of Latvia?

Yes, we can deliver the selected goods to other cities in Latvia via courier service. When ordering courier delivery, you will receive the goods at the address you specified. Delivery time for courier services: up to 7 working days.

The cost of transportation services is not included in the price of the goods!

Can you receive goods in other European countries?

Yes, we can deliver the selected goods to other European countries via courier service. The delivery time depends on the distance to the destination and is discussed individually. You can check the cost of transportation services here.

Explanation of the "Location" field

Vesse or Vesse ladu – the goods are located at our outlet at Vesse 4, Tallinn.

Ladu – the goods are located in another warehouse. Delivery to the Vesse outlet (Vesse 4, Tallinn) takes no more than 1-2 working days. You can also order delivery by a transport or courier service. It is not possible to pick up the goods directly from the Ladu warehouse.

On order 2 days – the goods can be ordered within 2 working days.

On order 3 days – the goods can be ordered within 3 working days.

On order – the goods can be ordered. The exact delivery time must be clarified with the seller or via email.

If the buyer wants to receive the goods via a courier service or at another outlet, an additional 1-2 working days should be added to the delivery time.

How to check the quantity of goods?

The "Location" field in the listing indicates the available quantity of goods. Please note! You cannot buy a single unit from paired (2 pcs.) or set (4 pcs.) goods. For example, if there are 2 units available, you cannot buy only 1 unit. Single items can be selected and purchased in the "Single tires" section on the main page of the website.

Do you sell single tires?

Yes, we sell single tires. Single items can be selected and purchased in the "Single tires" section on the main page of the website.

What does "remodeled tires" mean?

Some used tires require repair. We use patches that provide longer and safer tire usage.

Remodeled tires also come with a warranty.

What does the "REM" marking mean?

REM – means a remodeled tire. These are new or used tires that have been repaired (patch, cord, vulcanization) to ensure their further safe use.

In most cases, the cost of remodeled tires is lower than other tires in the same category.

What does the "DOT" marking mean?

DOT – indicates the manufacturing date of the tire. For example, if the listing states DOT 13, it means the tire was produced in 2013; DOT 12 – produced in 2012. The older the tire, the lower the price.

What does the "Demo tire" marking mean?

If the DEMO field says "jah" / "yes" – this means it is a new tire that was dismounted after testing. Its mileage is no more than 50 km. DEMO tires come with a warranty, but their price is lower compared to new tires.

What does "Like new" tire condition mean?

Near the description of tire condition, you will see "Like new". This means that the tire wear compared to a new tire is no more than 1 mm, or there may be slight signs of use (scratches, scuffs, etc.) that do not affect its technical characteristics.

Can you get a discount on tires?

Yes! Online tire prices are lower than in our outlets. By purchasing online, you save our time, and as a result, your money!

You cannot receive a discount by phone, email, or at the outlets!

Is tire fitting included in the price of the tires?

No, tire fitting is not included in the price. You can view the cost of tire fitting on our website.

Retreaded or rebuilt tires

Retreaded or rebuilt tires for sale are labeled "RETREAD". These are generally lower-quality tires (hard to balance, short lifespan), though they are cheaper compared to new tires of the same specifications.

If you want to use tires for more than two years, we do not recommend buying retreaded or rebuilt tires!

Example manufacturers of retreaded or rebuilt tires: Insa Turbo, Master, Wico, and others.

What is considered a new tire?

A tire is considered new if no more than 5 years have passed since its manufacture. It is important that the tire has been stored safely during this time.

There is no restriction on tire sales based on age.

Photos in listings

The photos in the listings correspond to the actual appearance of the product. However, some images may be illustrative.

When purchasing winter tires, please pay attention to the type of tire: studded or non-studded (lamella). Some manufacturers use universal images for winter tires. For example, a photo may show studded tires, but they may be available in non-studded versions as well.

What should be the tread depth of a new tire?

There is no universal answer.

The tread depth of a new winter tire ranges from 8 to 10 mm, and for summer tires – from 6.5 to 10 mm. This depends on the manufacturer and tire model.

Low-profile tires (summer), with a tire height of 20% to 45% of the tire width, typically have a tread depth of 6.5-7 mm.

For tires with a higher profile (summer), the tread depth is 7-8 mm.

For tires designed for vans and SUVs, the tread depth is 8-10 mm.

Is prepayment required when ordering tires?

Yes, prepayment is required. When ordering tires through the Rattad24 website, you can choose prepayment as the payment method or pay it directly at our Vesse outlet (Vesse 4, Tallinn). The prepayment amount depends on the price of the selected tires.

Can you buy tires in installments?

Yes, it is possible. Choose the suitable product, add it to the cart. At the payment step, you need to select the "Installments" option.

Can you pay the courier?

Yes, it is possible. You can pay the courier in cash upon receiving the goods.

Attention! To receive the goods, you must print the invoice! The customer pays the courier Venipak upon receipt of the goods. The courier writes "Paid ... (amount) euros in cash" on the printed invoice and signs to confirm payment receipt.

Can you reserve tires?

Yes, tires can be reserved. Prepayment is required for this. The prepayment amount depends on the cost of the selected tires.

Have you paid for the goods, but they are out of stock?

Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. If the goods are no longer in stock for some reason, we will definitely inform you and offer an alternative option. If the alternative does not suit you, we will refund your money.

What information is needed to receive a tire price quote?

To receive a price quote for tires, please provide:
