1A Rehvid OÜ, address: Vesse 4, Tallinn, registry code 14375471 (hereinafter referred to as the seller), and the buyer, who places an order through the online store 1ariepas.lv and identifies themselves by entering personal data, have entered into the following contract for the use of this online store (hereinafter referred to as the User Agreement).

1. ONLINE STORE
1.1 1ariepas.lv is an online store created by the seller, through which the seller sells goods to the buyer.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The parties to this agreement shall follow the laws of the Republic of Estonia and other legal acts, as well as the provisions of this User Agreement. 2.2 The seller has the right to make changes to the services offered by the online store at any time.
2.3 The seller has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the User Agreement without the obligation to notify the buyer.

3. PRODUCTS AND MAKING A PURCHASE
The buyer can select a suitable product on the 1ariepas website and add it to the shopping cart. Both illustrative and real images of the products are presented on the website.
The 1ariepas website offers the option to purchase tires:
3.1 The buyer can select a suitable product based on tire size and add it to the cart. The buyer can also search for other suitable tire sizes and add them to the cart as needed. Tires are presented in sets of 4, 3, 2, and 1. Individual tires cannot be purchased from a set of 4 or 2 tires.
3.2 When placing an order, the buyer must provide the requested delivery information at the bottom of the page and choose the method of transportation. Before purchasing, the buyer must check the accuracy of the data provided, including product details (condition, location, quantity), and verify the selected tire size. The buyer must then agree to the 1ariepas purchase terms and click "BUY".
3.3 Full or partial payment (prepayment) can be made on the website. The invoice for full or partial payment is automatically sent to the buyer's email address provided when placing the order. If a prepayment invoice is issued, the remaining balance must be paid at the 1ariepas office in Tallinn (Vesse 4, Lasnamägi) by credit card, cash, or bank transfer before receiving the product.
3.4 Payment for the product selected on the website must be made via online banking. The seller's bank details are listed on the website (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank). After that, the buyer is directed to the online banking page to complete the payment. After making the payment in the online bank, the buyer must return to the 1ariepas.lv page by clicking the link that appears after payment, "Return to the seller's page".

3.4 Payment for the product selected on the website must be made via online banking. The seller's bank details are listed on the website (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank). After that, the buyer is directed to the online banking page to complete the payment. After making the payment in the online bank, the buyer must return to the 1ariepas.lv page by clicking the link that appears after payment, "Return to the seller's page".

3.4a Additional processing fee:
If the buyer chooses partial prepayment when placing an order online, an additional manual processing fee of 20 € will be charged. The same fee applies in case of cancellation or modification of the order if it requires operator intervention.

4. PRODUCT PRICES AND SERVICES
4.1 All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT.
4.2 The price of the product does not include transportation costs. The cost of transportation depends on the delivery address, the method of delivery (Cargobus, courier, or self-pickup), and the quantity of goods.
The final cost of transportation will be displayed after selecting the quantity, delivery address, and delivery method.
4.3 Prices for used and new tires are indicated per unit.
4.4 The seller has the right to change the prices displayed in the online store at any time. If prices are changed after the buyer places and pays for the order, the seller is obligated to deliver the goods at the price valid at the time of order or offer the buyer the option to cancel the order. The buyer cannot claim compensation for the price difference.

5. DELIVERY TIME AND CONDITIONS
5.1 Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 days.
If the delivery time is specified as "On order 2 days", "On order 2 weeks", "On order", etc., the goods are delivered to the buyer from a warehouse outside Latvia.
Once payment is received in the 1A Rehvid OÜ account, the goods are delivered. If the payment is made on weekends or after 12:00 on a business day, the order processing begins on the next business day.
5.2 Delivery is paid; the cost depends on the number of tires.
5.3 For certain areas such as islands and remote regions, the delivery time may be extended.
5.4 When placing an order for delivery, the buyer must carefully check the information and ensure that all necessary data is entered correctly. The seller will fulfill the order and deliver the goods based on the information provided by the buyer. 1ariepas and courier services are not responsible for delivery delays or other issues caused by inaccurate buyer information.

6. CONTRACT CANCELLATION
6.1 All products purchased from the 1ariepas.lv online store can be returned within 14 days. The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason, in accordance with the Law of Obligations (§56, part 1). NB! This provision does not apply to goods purchased from the office.
6.2 To cancel the contract, the buyer must contact the seller by email at info@1ariepas.lv, providing their name, date of purchase, invoice number, and order number. The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice.
6.3 The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 In case of order cancellation, the seller will refund the buyer for the goods and any associated delivery costs to the same bank account used for the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6.5 Returned goods must not be used (tires should not be driven on), installed on rims, disassembled, or damaged.
6.6 If the returned goods do not comply with clause 6.5, the seller has the right to reduce the refund amount.
In case of refusal of the delivered goods, if the seller is not at fault, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs of organizing the return of the goods in the amount of 200 euros. This amount covers transportation and return processing costs.

7. LIABILITY
7.1 The seller and the buyer are liable to each other for any harm caused in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If goods are delivered outside Estonia, the parties are also guided by EU and international laws.
7.2 The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery.
7.3 The seller is not responsible for loss or damage to goods once handed over to the courier.
7.4 The seller is not financially liable for goods purchased by the buyer from other sellers if defects are found in goods purchased from 1ariepas. The buyer must immediately notify the seller of any defects.
7.5 1ariepas is responsible for removing and disposing of old tires.
7.6 1ariepas is responsible for the goods and services purchased and installed at the 1ariepas office.
7.7 1ariepas is responsible for the proper storage of tires.

8. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
8.1 Any written complaints will be reviewed by 1ariepas within 15 calendar days from the date of submission. If the complaint cannot be resolved within 15 days, the seller must inform the buyer in writing, explaining the reason for the delay and setting a new reasonable deadline for providing a response.
8.2 The complaint period for goods is two years from the date the buyer receives the goods.
8.3 If a defect is found, the buyer must not use the product and must immediately notify the seller.
8.4 The buyer's claim will not be considered if the defect was caused by the buyer. For example, using a tire that was under-inflated, whether new or used, i.e., the internal tire pressure did not meet the required standards.
8.5 1ariepas has the right to conduct an expert assessment to determine the cause of the defect. If the assessment determines that the defect occurred due to the buyer's fault, the product will not be covered by warranty, and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the assessment.
8.6 The following cases of tire defects, if discovered immediately after installation on rims, and if unknown to the buyer at the time of purchase, are subject to claims:
8.6.1 Bulges caused by internal structural damage or stretching of the tire (excluding minor bumps due to tire manufacturing processes);
8.6.2 Cuts or cracks that prevent the normal use of the tire;
8.6.3 Holes that allow air to escape.
8.7 In these cases, the product will be replaced or exchanged for another. If a replacement is not possible, the money will be refunded to the buyer.
8.8 The warranty for used tires begins when the tires are installed, as evidenced by a receipt from the company that performed the installation.
8.9 The following cases of tire damage and improper use are not covered by claims:
8.9.1 Tires with tread depth that does not meet legal requirements;
8.9.2 Tire damage caused by road conditions;
8.9.3 Tire damage resulting from an accident (e.g., car crash, fire, etc.);
8.9.4 Damage caused by improper use of tires (e.g., incorrect tire pressure, improper alignment, unbalanced tires, damaged shock absorbers, vehicle overload, use of chains or studs, racing, off-roading, etc.);
8.9.5 Repaired and retreaded tires;
8.9.6 Deliberate damage to the tires;
8.9.7 Cut tires;
8.9.8 Visual defects (e.g., markings, dirt, scratches, scuffs, small cuts or holes) that result from normal use of the tires and do not prevent the further use of such tires.
If the tires purchased from 1ariepas are repaired/installed by another workshop, the warranty will no longer apply. 1ariepas will not reimburse the cost of services provided by other workshops unless otherwise agreed.

9. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
9.1 To place orders on the 1ariepas website, the buyer is asked to provide personal data (name, surname, address, phone, email).
9.2 1ariepas uses this personal information solely for company activities (in this case, for the sale of tires), for product delivery, and for invoicing.
9.3 Only individuals whose duties are directly related to the sale of goods have access to buyers' personal data.
9.4 1ariepas stores buyers' personal data (name, surname, phone number, and address) on a private server for sales purposes.
9.5 1ariepas does not store buyers' banking details used in online payments.
9.6 The information collected during the order process, as well as buyers' personal data, is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

10. DISPUTES
10.1 Disputes between the parties will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Committee. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in court.
10.2 The "Safe Purchase" logo guarantees the buyer a product warranty.
10.3 The tire disposal fee allows the buyer to leave unserviceable tires with the seller. The seller is responsible for the proper disposal of these tires.
10.4 Consumers can dispose of old tires free of charge at designated tire disposal stations.

11. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
11.1 1A Riepas also sells "Like-new" tires, with tread depth differing from new tires by up to 1 mm. Such tires may show signs of use (from parking/installation, minor visual defects, etc.). These signs of use do not pose any danger to the buyer.
11.2 A tire is considered new if it is no more than 5 years old, provided it has been properly stored.
11.3 The average lifespan of a tire is 8 years.
11.4 Tires marked with REM are repaired, used, or new tires that have undergone necessary repairs (e.g., patches, special cords, vulcanization) for safe use. The price of repaired tires is usually significantly lower than that of new tires.
11.5 When purchasing alloy wheels with polished elements, it is not recommended to use them during the winter. The main reason is that winter road salts and chemicals can aggressively affect the polished surface, causing corrosion and deterioration in appearance. Please note that the warranty for paint finishes does not cover damage caused by winter operating conditions.
